Cancellation Policy:

Once payment has been made for our product and services, any cancellation request will not be entertained since we are offering services which is subjected to getting started only after we have agreed on a deal that can be verbal, recorded or written.
If cancellation is requested within the specified timeframe, Techlithic Solutions will assess the situation and, at its sole discretion, determine whether to approve or deny the cancellation request.
Techlithic Solutions reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to the client upon review of the cancellation request.
If the cancellation request is approved, any remaining unused portion of the service fee will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

    • Techlithic Solutions has a strict no-refund policy once payment has been made for IT services.
    • All sales are final, and clients are responsible for understanding this policy before engaging in any transaction with Techlithic Solutions.
    • Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the results of the marketing campaign, changes in business strategy, or any other personal reasons.
  2. Exceptions:
    • In the event that Techlithic Solutions is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues on our end, we will work with the client to find a satisfactory resolution.
    • If Techlithic Solutions determines, at its sole discretion, that a refund is warranted due to exceptional circumstances, the refund amount will be determined by Techlihtic Solutions and will be processed within [number of days] days of the decision.
