These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Techlithic.com, Sendwo.com, HowToBuySaaS.com, our checkout pages, SaaS products, marketplace services, digital services, subscriptions, paid listings, software access, and any related platform operated by Techlithic Solutions LLC.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
Welcome to Techlithic Solutions LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Techlithic.com, Sendwo.com, HowToBuySaaS.com, their related websites, applications, checkout pages, SaaS products, services, content, subscriptions, software access, listings, tools, communications, and any other platform or service operated by Techlithic Solutions LLC.
By accessing our websites, creating an account, signing up for a trial, purchasing a subscription, making a payment through Stripe or any other payment method, submitting information, using our software, requesting services, listing a SaaS product, or using any related platform operated by us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access, use, register, subscribe, purchase, or make payment for any Techlithic Solutions LLC platform or service.

4. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

If you are using our services on behalf of a company, agency, organization, fund, partnership, client, or other legal entity, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of that entity and accept these Terms on its behalf.

5. Acceptance Through Signup, Checkout, or Usage
You accept these Terms when you visit our websites, create an account, sign up for a free trial, purchase a plan, make payment through Stripe, submit a SaaS listing, upload customer data, use Sendwo, access HowToBuySaaS, or engage Techlithic for any service.
When a payment is completed through Stripe or any other payment processor, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and any applicable product-specific or service-specific conditions.
6. Use of Sendwo
Sendwo is a WhatsApp-first marketing, automation, AI chatbot, forms, flows, live chat, ecommerce messaging, and customer engagement platform.
By using Sendwo, you agree that:
- You are responsible for your account, contacts, templates, campaigns, messages, automations, and integrations.
- You will use Sendwo only for lawful, ethical, permission-based communication.
- You will not send spam, deceptive messages, illegal promotions, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages without valid consent.
- You will comply with applicable communication, privacy, data protection, anti-spam, telecom, consumer protection, and platform rules.
- You will comply with Meta, WhatsApp, payment processor, hosting provider, and integration partner policies wherever applicable.
- You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and consent status of all contacts uploaded or used through Sendwo.
We do not guarantee message delivery, template approval, WhatsApp number quality rating, WhatsApp account approval, green tick approval, API approval, campaign performance, customer response rate, or uninterrupted access to third-party messaging infrastructure.
7. WhatsApp, Meta, API, and Messaging Compliance
When using Sendwo or any WhatsApp, chatbot, automation, SMS, email, or messaging-related service provided by us, you are responsible for obtaining customer consent, maintaining proof of consent where required, respecting opt-outs, using approved templates where required, and ensuring that your campaigns comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
We may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate access to messaging features if we believe your usage creates legal, technical, security, reputational, payment, policy, platform, or user harm risk.
8. Use of HowToBuySaaS
HowToBuySaaS is a SaaS discovery, software marketplace, content, listing, review, comparison, private deal flow, fundraising, acquisition, and vendor growth platform.
By using HowToBuySaaS, you agree that:
- Software listings, reviews, ratings, comparisons, pricing references, and buyer guides are provided for informational and discovery purposes.
- We do not guarantee that every listing, feature, price, offer, screenshot, integration, rating, review, or product claim is complete, current, accurate, or error-free.
- You must conduct your own evaluation before purchasing, subscribing to, investing in, acquiring, partnering with, or relying on any SaaS product, vendor, founder, buyer, investor, or opportunity.
- We are not responsible for the performance, pricing, support, refund, legal compliance, security, uptime, or business outcome of third-party SaaS products.
- Sponsored content, affiliate links, paid listings, advertisements, vendor packages, or promotional placements may appear on the platform.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, HowToBuySaaS is not a broker, investment advisor, legal advisor, tax advisor, financial advisor, due diligence provider, escrow agent, fiduciary, payment trustee, or seller of any third-party SaaS business.
9. SaaS Listings, Reviews, and Sponsored Content
Users, vendors, founders, or agencies may submit SaaS product information, business information, reviews, promotional content, screenshots, logos, pricing, descriptions, metrics, or related materials.
By submitting such information, you confirm that:
- You are authorized to submit the content.
- The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- The content does not infringe third-party rights.
- The content is not false, misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, spam-like, or unlawful.
- You grant us permission to use, edit, publish, display, promote, categorize, distribute, and modify the content for platform, marketplace, editorial, marketing, and operational purposes.
Paid placement does not guarantee ranking, traffic, conversions, sales, leads, funding, acquisition, investment, or business outcome.
10. Private SaaS Deal Flow, Fundraising, and Acquisition Features
HowToBuySaaS may provide features related to SaaS business sales, fundraising, investor access, buyer access, private listings, introductions, founder submissions, masked listings, acquisition opportunities, and related workflows.
- Founders and sellers must submit truthful and authorized information.
- Buyers and investors must use private information only for genuine evaluation.
- Users must not misuse, share, copy, scrape, publish, or disclose confidential information without permission.
- Access requests may be approved, rejected, limited, or revoked at our discretion.
- We do not guarantee that any business will be sold, funded, acquired, valued at a specific amount, introduced to a specific buyer or investor, or accepted by any party.
Any transaction, investment, acquisition, partnership, funding, or commercial agreement between users is solely between the relevant parties unless Techlithic Solutions LLC is expressly named as a contracting party in a separate written agreement.
11. Payments, Stripe Checkout, Billing, and Subscriptions
We may offer free plans, trials, subscriptions, one-time purchases, SaaS access, lifetime deals, paid services, consulting packages, listing packages, advertising packages, sponsored placements, enterprise plans, onboarding, implementation, custom development, and other paid offerings.
Payments may be processed through Stripe or other third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree that:
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
- You will provide accurate billing, tax, company, and payment information.
- You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees.
- Subscription fees may renew automatically unless cancelled according to the applicable checkout, plan, or subscription terms.
- Failed, declined, disputed, reversed, or delayed payments may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of access.
- We may refuse or cancel transactions that appear fraudulent, suspicious, unauthorized, high-risk, or in violation of these Terms.
Payment processors, card networks, banks, wallets, and financial institutions may apply their own terms. We are not responsible for payment failures, bank declines, chargeback decisions, card restrictions, currency conversion charges, processor downtime, or unauthorized use of a payment method outside our reasonable control.
12. Non-Payment and Failed Billing
If payment is not received when due, we may pause, suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or service access, cancel subscription access, cancel paid features, withhold delivery of paid services, recover unpaid amounts where permitted by law, and refuse future services or transactions.
You must not attempt to bypass billing systems, manipulate subscriptions, misuse trials, avoid fees, reverse valid charges, or access paid features without payment.
13. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, subscription changes, and payment reversals are governed by our Refund Policy available at https://techlithic.com/refund-policy/.
Unless the Refund Policy, checkout page, order form, written agreement, or applicable law states otherwise, paid subscriptions, digital products, SaaS access, setup fees, onboarding fees, listing fees, sponsored placements, advertising packages, consulting fees, implementation charges, and custom service fees may be non-refundable once access, work, delivery, activation, or allocation has started.
Cancellation of future renewals does not automatically create a refund for past charges. Refund decisions may depend on the service purchased, usage, delivery status, plan type, billing cycle, technical issue, applicable law, and written agreement.
14. Trials, Free Plans, Coupons, Promotions, and Lifetime Deals
We may offer trials, free plans, coupons, discounts, promotional pricing, early access plans, beta access, or lifetime deals. Such offers may be changed, limited, withdrawn, or discontinued at any time unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Lifetime deals, where offered, refer only to the specific product, plan, features, usage limits, account, domain, workspace, or service scope described at the time of purchase. Lifetime access does not guarantee lifetime availability of every feature, third-party integration, API, pricing component, infrastructure dependency, brand, product line, or external platform service.
15. Professional Services, Consulting, Development, and Implementation
Techlithic may provide professional services such as marketing, SEO, AI services, chatbot development, software development, web development, WhatsApp automation setup, ecommerce automation, funnel setup, consulting, content, advertising, technical implementation, API integration, and related services.
- Timelines are estimates and depend on client input, approvals, access, third-party systems, and scope clarity.
- The client is responsible for providing accurate information, access, content, credentials, approvals, brand assets, compliance inputs, and timely feedback.
- Changes in scope, additional features, extra revisions, new integrations, urgent work, or additional deliverables may require additional fees.
- We do not guarantee specific revenue, ranking, leads, conversions, funding, traffic, deliverability, account approval, ad approval, or business outcome.
16. User Content and Submitted Material
You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights granted to us under these Terms.
By submitting User Content to any of our platforms, you grant Techlithic Solutions LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, publish, edit, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, analyze, and process such content for the purpose of operating, improving, securing, marketing, supporting, and providing our platforms and services.
You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content is lawful, accurate, authorized, non-infringing, and free from malware, harmful code, spam, or prohibited material.
17. Privacy, Data Protection, and Security
Our collection, use, storage, processing, sharing, and protection of personal data and business information are described in our Privacy Policy.
Our general security practices are described on our Security page.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right, consent, and authority to upload, process, transmit, or store customer data, contact lists, employee data, lead data, business data, financial data, SaaS metrics, documents, and personal information through our platforms.
18. Communications
By creating an account, making a purchase, submitting a form, requesting a demo, joining a trial, listing a product, or using our services, you agree that we may contact you through email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, platform notifications, support systems, or other reasonable business communication channels.
You may opt out of promotional communications where legally required, but we may still send transactional, security, billing, support, and service-related messages.
19. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in our websites, platforms, software, code, design, databases, content, brand assets, logos, graphics, workflows, product names, page structures, documentation, templates, tools, dashboards, and original materials belong to Techlithic Solutions LLC, its licensors, or its partners unless otherwise stated.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their uptime, security, pricing, policies, features, approval decisions, refunds, support, data practices, or performance.
21. AI Features and Automation
Some of our services may include AI-assisted tools, chatbot features, automation, content generation, data processing, recommendations, workflows, or integrations with AI providers.
You acknowledge that AI and automation outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, biased, unsuitable, or require human review. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before use and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
22. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use any Techlithic platform or service:
- For unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or misleading purposes.
- To send spam, unsolicited messages, illegal broadcasts, phishing messages, scams, or harmful communications.
- To upload malware, viruses, spyware, scripts, bots, or harmful code.
- To scrape, mine, harvest, copy, or commercially reuse platform data without permission.
- To bypass payment, access controls, subscriptions, security, limits, or approvals.
- To impersonate another person, company, founder, investor, vendor, agency, or representative.
- To submit fake reviews, false ratings, fabricated SaaS metrics, fake revenue, fake investor identity, or misleading business claims.
- To violate Meta, WhatsApp, Stripe, payment gateway, telecom, advertising, or third-party platform policies.
23. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to keep our platforms reliable and useful, but we do not guarantee that any website, app, dashboard, API, listing, feature, integration, service, or content will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may update, modify, pause, suspend, replace, limit, or discontinue any feature, service, plan, package, integration, API, content, pricing, listing, or platform at any time.
24. Support
Support availability depends on your product, plan, service package, subscription, agreement, or purchase type. We may provide support through email, ticketing systems, chat, WhatsApp, calls, onboarding sessions, documentation, tutorials, or community channels.
Support does not include unlimited custom development, campaign management, compliance review, legal advice, business consulting, third-party troubleshooting, custom integrations, or emergency response unless expressly included in your paid plan or written agreement.
25. Accessibility

26. Confidentiality
During use of our services, users may access private business information, SaaS listings, customer data, campaign data, strategy documents, pricing, founder information, investor information, financial metrics, technical data, or other confidential information.
You agree not to disclose, misuse, copy, publish, resell, or share confidential information without proper authorization. This obligation continues even after your account, subscription, listing, access, or relationship with us ends.
27. Disclaimers
Our websites, platforms, content, software, services, listings, tools, reviews, AI outputs, automation workflows, and marketplace information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee revenue growth, lead generation results, SaaS sales, funding or investment, acquisition outcome, software ranking, marketplace visibility, WhatsApp approval, template approval, green tick approval, message delivery, ad approval, SEO ranking, AI accuracy, third-party uptime, or specific business outcomes.
28. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techlithic Solutions LLC, its owners, directors, officers, team members, contractors, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, business, financial, data, reputation, goodwill, revenue, profit, opportunity, investment, acquisition, campaign, deliverability, or platform-related losses.
Our total liability for any claim related to a paid service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Techlithic Solutions LLC for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months immediately before the claim arose, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
29. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Techlithic Solutions LLC, its owners, directors, officers, team members, contractors, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses arising from your use or misuse of our platforms, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable laws, your submitted content, or your disputes with third parties.
30. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, limit, or terminate your access to any platform, account, listing, subscription, API, feature, campaign, workspace, service, or support if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, submit false information, misuse our platforms, send spam, violate third-party policies, or create legal, operational, security, reputational, or financial risk for us or others.
Termination does not affect rights and obligations that should reasonably survive, including payment obligations, confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, and compliance obligations.
31. Updates to These Terms
We may update, revise, replace, or modify these Terms from time to time. When we update this page, we will revise the “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of our platforms or services after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using our platforms and services.
32. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith written communication. If the dispute is not resolved through good faith discussions, the matter may be referred to mediation and/or arbitration in accordance with applicable law. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
Subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement, courts located in Delhi, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.
